Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Niblr app and website (the “Service”), provided by Niblr (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Health & nutrition notice. Niblr’s calorie, macro, and “ideal daily intake” (TDEE) figures are automated estimates for general informational purposes only. They are not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Always consult your doctor or a registered dietitian before making changes to your diet, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the recipes, boards, notes, photos, and other content you add to Niblr (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you and the people you choose to share it with.

3. Imported and third-party content

Niblr lets you import content from third-party sources such as websites and videos. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import and use that content, and you agree to use these features for your own personal, non- commercial use and in compliance with the source’s terms and applicable law. We are not responsible for third-party content and do not endorse it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: break the law; infringe others’ rights; upload harmful or unlawful content; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or use it to harass others.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Niblr may offer optional paid features, such as a Pro subscription and one-time purchases. Any purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app-store account before the end of the current period. Prices and offerings may change. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non- refundable.

6. AI features

Some features use automated and AI systems to extract, generate, or estimate information. These results may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them, particularly for ingredients, allergens, and nutrition.

7. Service changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for a reliable Service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service, or any information it produces, is accurate, reliable, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niblr and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer- protection rights you may have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
